Revel & Wonder Weddings is a Mid-Range wedding planning service company in the St. Louis market. Our coordination/planning services range from $2,500 to $7,500, with our average clients investing between $3,500 and $7,000 in their planning journey.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Access to your coordinator begins six months before your wedding day via email for questions and advice as you continue planning. We start with a complimentary Zoom meeting to kick off your planning journey and set you up for success. You will have another Zoom meeting at six weeks out with your coordinator to review every detail of your wedding day. One month before your wedding day, your coordinator will collaborate with your vendors to ensure each one has their timeline and information for the day.
Your coordinator will assist with your rehearsal. On your wedding day, your lead coordinator and their assistant will oversee the setup of your venue, ensure the ceremony runs smoothly, assist guests during the transition to the reception, manage your timeline, and gather your décor and gifts to send home.

Our "Wedding Coordination" allows couples to plan with assistance. Wendy will guide you through your planning process with checklists, design tips, venue layouts, and guest seating, as well as "Preferred Vendor Suggestions,"
Your wedding coordination journey begins when you sign your contract. Through our shared professional planning software access, Wendy can help monitor your progress, send reminders, answer questions, and offer advice. PLUS, four (4) Zoom planning meetings will keep you motivated and on track and can be scheduled based on when you need them, and a final in-person meeting to go over details two months before your wedding.
Two months before your wedding, Wendy will take the lead and collaborate with your wedding vendor team to wrap up the details and create a personalized printable "wedding playbook" for your full wedding party. Your Coordinator will run your rehearsal and oversee your wedding day with their assistant.

Our "Wedding Coordination" allows couples to work one-on-one with Wendy from start to finish. Wendy will guide you through every your planning process with checklists, design tips, venue layouts, and guest seating, as well as "Preferred Vendor Matching,"
Your wedding coordination journey begins when you sign your contract. Through our managed professional planning software, Wendy guides you step-by-step along the way. Are you still looking for that perfect vendor in your budget? Wendy matches you based on needs and budget to the most amazing and respected professionals in town, saving you hours of research. PLUS, four (4) Zoom planning meetings will keep you motivated and on track and can be scheduled based on when you need them, and a final in-person meeting to go over details two months before your wedding. Finally, you choose how to use your “in-person planning” appointment for a walk-through, vendor meeting, or whatever else you need.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Our "Partial Planning" service offers couples the opportunity to work one-on-one with Wendy from start to finish. Wendy will guide you through every part your planning process. This Service features full-day wedding planning with our planning software in addition to monthly Zoom meetings and personal consultations, which can be used for vendor meetings, decor shopping, walk-throughs, tastings, or whatever else you need during the planning process, as well as our most popular planning services listed below. Wendy will lead your rehearsal for up to one hour. On your wedding day, Wendy and her full-day assistant will be present for up to thirteen (13) hours in addition to a partial-day assistant(s) for up to eight (8) hours.
WEDDING DESIGN & BUDGETING
Wendy will create a mood board to capture your wedding decor's overall look and feel.
She will research decor options that are within budget while maintaining your wedding style.
Wendy will collaborate with your venue to design a beautiful and efficient floor plan for both your ceremony and reception.
She will assist you in managing your decor expectations and budget requirements, then research and create a decor rental inventory to ensure you only order what you need.
RSVP MANAGEMENT
R&W manages the guest RSVPs and tracks the list, including meal selections, special dietary needs, seating assignments, and vendor meal collection.

VENDOR SELECTION ASSISTANCE
Wendy will narrow your selections based on your desire, wedding size, and budget to find the perfect vendors for your wedding. She will provide a vetted list of vendors matching your needs and budget.
