Wendy and her team were amazing. We met with her multiple times prior to the wedding and each time came away feeling better about our big day than before. She seamlessly coordinated with multiple vendors, including last-minute additions, and helped us identify areas of concern that we didn't even know were problems. Everyone in our families and the bridal party agreed that she was fantastic, and she was a major reason why our big day went off without a hitch!
Working with Wendy leading up to and on our wedding day was a wonderful experience. We hired Revel & Wonder for their "premier" wedding coordination services and floral services. To say Wendy exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. At the end of our wedding night, my husband and I realized that nothing had gone wrong that day. People warned us that there's always something, but somehow there wasn't for us (but really I know a lot of it was because of Wendy). From the time we first spoke, I could tell how detail-oriented Wendy is. Leading up to our big day, she asked us tons of questions to make sure she knew what would be happening and when, and even helped us realize there were things we weren't even thinking about that we needed to iron out. She helped us create our timeline for the day, down to the minute and differentiated by vendor, making it easy to know what needed to happen and when. She even sent out a packet to the wedding party with their schedules, responsibilities, and tips for the big day, which my maid of honor loved and used to help keep me on time that morning. My parents and in laws were extremely impressed with Wendy as well. She got along with all the vendors, those she had worked with before as well as new ones, and carefully navigated the dynamics at our ceremony venue which had its own on-site coordinator. And not to be forgotten is her amazing talent with floral design. She helped translate my disconnected thoughts on the vision for the floral arrangements, even adjusting course when I completely changed color scheme. She also helped us to stay on budget, and talking through types of flowers and pricing as we came up with our final decisions. Ultimately, she designed and arranged the bouquets, bouttoniers, altar arrangements, sweetheart table arrangement, and reception table florals (a mix of bud vases and small vases, mixed with votives and floating candles along 8 foot tables). The results were beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Wendy is so knowledgeable, organized, and on top of things that I had no concerns going into our big day. Plus she was so friendly and easily approachable that if she was stressed, you wouldn't know it! I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner, and also recommend her for florals as well. Ps. If you're deciding between "basic" and "premier" coordination services like I was at first, the premier is so worth it!
We used Wendy and her team for florals and table décor and the outcome was truly incredible. I did not come to our first meeting with a lot of inspiration or concreate thoughts on how I wanted the tables and venue to be decorated. Wendy was so knowledgeable, asked amazing questions and was able to quickly figure out a way to bring my ideas to life. I also greatly appreciated that Wendy respected and stuck to my floral/décor budget. One our wedding day, Wendy and her team took care of setting everything up and it looked absolutely amazing!

Wendy was extremely helpful as our day of coordinator providing helpful tips throughout the planning process that were above and beyond what we were paying for. I was originally against hiring a day of coordinator, but it ended up being worth every penny as Wendy and team kept everyone on track.

Wendy is hands down the best investment we made while planning our wedding, you need her on your team! When we had our first meeting I told her, one of my goals for the wedding day is to not cry because I’m too stressed or something doesn’t go to plan. Wendy assured me the only tears I would shed on the big day would be of happiness, and man did she deliver! Wendy and her team made our entire day absolutely perfect! Wendy made the entire planning process completely painless, she was always available when we needed and also when we didn’t know we needed her. The planning software was a great and really kept us on track. The vendors she recommended were absolutely amazing, and the vendors that hadn’t worked with her prior to our wedding couldn’t stop telling us how impressed they were with her thoroughness. Her emergency kit had everything you could ever need if anything went awry. When my husband ripped his pants before the ceremony, she didn’t skip a beat, she pulled out her sewing kit and had them repaired within minutes! Wendy and her team truly made our dream wedding a reality and we could not have wished for anything more!

Wendy was the biggest gift we could have ever asked for for our wedding day. I am a type A personality that can plan like nobody’s business for events and work related items— turns out this was NOT the case for weddings and she came to my aid almost immediately. The check-ins and initial planning were one thing— the day of coordination was a dream. Not one person came to ask me what the next thing on the agenda was or if I could help do something— Wendy anticipated everything and that was the biggest gift by letting me relax and enjoy every aspect of the celebration we had put together (which is usually next to impossible for me). Do not wait and just hire Wendy and her amazing team. It’ll be the best decision you’ll make through the whole wedding process.
Wendy is incredible! I'm not sure I'll be able to do her justice. We did the partial planning and all of the vendors she recommended (DJ, florist, officiant) were all also punctual, reliable, and just phenomenal in how they truly captured our essence and put it into the wedding. The day of was a total breeze thanks to Wendy who worked tirelessly behind the scenes (including hounding our flaky bakery into actually delivering our cake, making sure the head table look gorgeous, wrangling the groomsmen, etc.) She personally decorated our dessert table and it looked absolutely beautiful. I cannot recommend Wendy and her fabulous team enough and I've already had friends/family ask me for her information for their upcoming nuptials.

Oh my gosh, book now. Book yesterday. You need this team!!! Wendy and her team are just unbelievable (in the best way). I cannot say enough good things and emphasize enough how ESSENTIAL Wendy was to me through the whole process. So, I was a Covid bride, started planning in 2019 (engaged December 2018). I booked Wendy without knowing what was to come. It was honestly, looking back, hands down the best decision I made for the entire wedding. Our original date was in May 2020, and we all know what was going on around that time. Covid. Having to postpone was honestly devastating for me, but Wendy got me through it. She handled all the new contracts, coordinated all of my vendors to see what new dates they had open so that I could keep them if I wanted, talked me through the process and seriously calmed me down, and we rescheduled for December 2020. We planned everything for a second time...and then, the world shut down again. And we had to postpone again. And Wendy came through for me, again. She took the reigns and handled the postponement in a way I could never have done alone, again. I would not have known what to do without her even without Covid, but with that added on top...she was essential. The biggest blessing was having her help through such a turbulent and scary time. I can only imagine how lost, upset, scared and confused I would have been without her help. Hopefully, other brides will not have to deal with Covid postponements going forward, but even without a global pandemic, you still NEED Wendy. For the service I booked, Wendy helped me as needed while I planned what I wanted for the wedding, and as we got closer she became more and more involved on a day-to-day basis. It was the best of both worlds for me - I got to plan the day exactly how I wanted, and I had this awesome friend (I really do think of her as a friend after all we went through) giving me invaluable advice and help all the way through so that I maximized my budget and picked the best vendors STL had to offer. She was always available to talk to when I needed help. Her planning software and customized timelines were so so helpful and exactly what I needed. Then once we got closer, she really dug her hands into every detail to make sure everything was planned and taken care of to perfection. Please understand, there are so many details to planning a wedding that the average person just doesn't know, and won't think about. There were so many moments in the planning process that Wendy thought of things that I would say "Oh my god. I wouldn't have even thought of that without you. It just wouldn't have gotten done." So many details of the day that would have gotten missed if it was just me on my own. So many things that were made perfect because she was there, because she knows exactly what needs to be done. Honestly, my wedding day was the best day of my life. I wish I could go back and do it over again every day. And it was because of Wendy and her staff, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Wendy, I cannot thank you enough. Thank you so much for giving me such a magical, perfect experience. I will never forget you - you deserve all the success in the world. If you’re wondering if you need a Day of Coordinator, you do. Hire Wendy. Do not hesitate. Our day was literally perfect because of this woman and her staff. Not only is she incredibly talented at multitasking, she also helps with everything. She had amazing ideas, she doesn’t take slack from anyone. Wendy is organized, confident, and honest! She resolved our issues and questions in minutes. I’ve never been more impressed. She gave amazing advice and kept two very anxious brides calm. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. At one point in our night my wife made a comment about a stain on her tie, while in the middle of their break, Matt- Wendy’s assistant whipped out a Tide pen and the problem was solved. That moment defined our entire 2 years of planning with this team. Wendy also handled all of our florist needs as well! Our flowers/bouquets were gorgeous. They were exactly what I envisioned. I tell you she’s a mind reader and produces amazing results. We love you Wendy and Thank you for the most amazing experience.
Hire Wendy. Don't think about it. Just book her. She's amazing and she will make your wedding day and your planning process soooooo much better. I promise. You can't possibly foresee all the little things that are going to come up that you will be so grateful you have Wendy to ask advice or help from. She helped us navigate some tricky invite list questions, find vendors that were amazing, saved the day when hair and makeup had to back out last minute, and so much more. Then on the day, she made sure that all the little things were put together, that the vendors were taken care of, that the ballroom looked amazing, that the glass ceremony and decorations we took care of ourselves were set up, that we looked right, that we were relatively on time, that extra shoes showed up at the table and on and on and on. All those pieces that either family or friends would have to take care of instead of being present with you or that just wouldn't happen - she and her team made it happen and made sure that I, my husband, and our families were able to just bask in the day, enjoy ourselves and be present. Wendy and her team are absolutely amazing and booking her was 100% one of the best decisions we made during planning. She was worth every penny and then some and she's a fun person who's really great to work with to boot. We cannot recommend Wendy and her team enough.

I am so glad we hired Wendy for our wedding! I do not think I would have had it in me to postpone and then keep planning a wedding by myself during the pandemic. Wendy made postponing easy. I hope future brides won't have to think about that, but still, I include it here so you know the R&WW team has your back. I'm a local videographer and worked with Wendy and Emily on a wedding recently. They were very helpful with communicating the timelines of everything before the wedding and helped me with scheduling with my client. On the day of the wedding Wendy was quick to get food for the vendors which is something a lot of planners/coordinators fail at. She is not only thinking of the bride and groom, but everyone behind the scenes too!

Wendy basically planned us two weddings due to COVID-19, and she did it with grace, support, and enthusiasm! When the pandemic hit and we had to reschedule, she made spreadsheets and coordinated everything with our vendors to seamlessly secure a new date. She ensured that our new vision came to life, and I knew I could trust her with anything that came up on the day of the reception. Wendy went out of her way to help us with our destination wedding, including last-minute color printing, picking up wedding flowers, and directing our vendors. The smartest move I made was choosing Wendy to help me. Wendy is the person you need as your planner--trust me on this one!!
Wendy was indispensable during the entire planning process and on the day of the wedding. She helped us breeze through two postponements ensuring all vendors were either re-booked or new vendors were found . She also was a great mediator between the Event Planner at the Wedding Venue and the Bride and Bride's Family when miscommunications occurred. Wendy is very organized and keeps updated records on Aisle Planner. She was easy to work with and always available for questions. She was also quick to follow up on things. On the day of the wedding she handled unexpected issues (two bridesmaids leaving and one not returning) with grace and professionalism quickly devising a workable solution. I really do not believe we could have pulled this off without her. And it was a beautiful ceremony (even if Ace the dog didn't cooperate) the dining room looked lovely, and the reception was so much fun
We had the opportunity to work with Wendy and her team for a beautiful wedding in the city. As a caterer who provides on site cooking and meal assemblies, timing and punctuality are a must for our team in order to assure an efficient, hot and tasty meal. Wendy was not only easy to work during the planning stages months before, her team also provided very timely updates for us on ceremony progression for meal service coordination. Of all the weddings we have worked, this had been one of the most punctual and organized events we have had the pleasure of working. Great Job!
